FOUNDATIONS

Designed for first-timers to learn all the foundational movements, proper techniques, and movement patterns of CrossFit in a 1 on 1 Coaching setting

CARDI-O

A 45 min cardio conditioning class using high intensity intervals and a range of dynamic movements that are designed to burn calories, sweat, & get a great workout!

TEENFIT

1 hour strength and conditioning program for teens 11-17 years old!

ADAPTIVE

Our Adaptive Program focuses on individuals with permanent physical disabilities. We enable impaired individuals to become comfortable with the fundamentals of functional movement. This class is open to every type of physical disability: amputation, limb salvage, neurological damage, sensory impairment, or TBI. Whatever the case may be, the movements can be adapted to fit your situation.

WEIGHTLIFTING CLUB

Specializes in Olympic weightlifting movements, and accessory work to assist in lifting technique and overall strength.
